And they shall know their seed among the Gentiles, and their offspring in the midst of peoples: all that shall see them, shall know them, that these are the seed which the Lord hath blessed. I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, and my soul shall be joyful in my God: for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation: and with the robe of justice he hath covered me, as a bridegroom decked with a crown, and as a bride adorned with her jewels. For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth her seed to shoot forth: so shall the Lord God make justice to spring forth, and praise before all the nations.
Responsorial Psalm: Psalm 45:11a; V. 11-12, 14-15, 16-17
R. Hearken, O daughter, and see, and incline thy ear:V. Hearken, O daughter, and see, and incline thy ear:and forget thy people and thy father's house. And the king shall greatly desire thy beauty;for he is the Lord thy God, and him they shall adore.V. All the glory of the king's daughter is within in golden borders,Clothed round about with varieties. After her shall virgins be brought to the king:her neighbours shall be brought to thee.V.
